Material Authenticity

Luxury defined by the material itself. On the street facing elevation, limestone entry steps, walls and carved architectural details sit easily alongside ironwork and warm plaster. Inside, reclaimed limestone floors run the length of the entry hall beneath arched doors and sculptural lighting, the gentle variation in the stone reflecting light softly along the passage. In the living spaces a carved limestone fireplace anchors the room, its herringbone firebox set against rough limestone masonry under exposed beams and antique furnishings. The ocean facing rooms stay lighter still, wide plank wood floors and flowing textiles opening through arched doors to the water.
